Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. windscreen2u shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the windscreen2u support team immediately so appropriate security measures can be taken to protect it.
Users agree to use the windscreen2u platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and windscreen2u reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
All financial transactions on the windscreen2u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). windscreen2u supports local payment methods including FPX and Touch 'n Go Wallet for the convenience of Malaysian users.
Deposits into your account will be credited upon successful transaction verification. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. windscreen2u is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with windscreen2u's internal review procedures. Users may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before a withdrawal is approved. windscreen2u reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
All refunds or transaction cancellations are subject to windscreen2u's internal policy and are not guaranteed in every circumstance. Users are advised to contact customer support for transaction-related enquiries.
The windscreen2u platform is provided on an "as is" basis. windscreen2u makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the platform's content.
Windscreen2u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or business interruption.
Windscreen2u's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user to windscreen2u in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
All content on the windscreen2u platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of windscreen2u or its respective licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from windscreen2u. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action.
By submitting any content through the platform, you grant windscreen2u a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and display that content on the platform.
Windscreen2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that the user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Actions that may result in account suspension or closure include: fraudulent attempts, operating multiple accounts, providing false information during registration, abusing bonuses or promotions, and violating any platform rules.
If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of windscreen2u's investigation. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons may submit an appeal to windscreen2u through the designated customer support channel.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the windscreen2u support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed once all pending withdrawals have been settled.
The windscreen2u platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or approval of the linked content.
Windscreen2u has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of such sites. Users are encouraged to read the terms and privacy policies of every website they visit.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
